Field and admin use
Mobile and tablet work well for scanning and field updates. Desktop or laptop is recommended for administration, setup, bulk import and detailed review.
Managed QR Records, live routes and accountable operator actions
Keep printed labels, live routes, required checks, attention cases and controlled QR Record movements under control. SaaS delivery, Cloud deployed.
Stop losing control of QR labels once they are printed and deployed. IndustryQR lets your team update live destinations without reprinting, require authenticated operator actions, define recurring check requirements, manage Needs Attention cases through acknowledgement, progress, resolution and closure, and move eligible QR Records between Sites and Locations with retained movement history.
Teams review Required, Due, Overdue and Met status alongside open attention, action history, movement history and plan-permitted evidence. Higher plans add tenant-defined QR Types, tenant-defined Scan Actions, stronger analytics and controlled one-time scanner-location comparison.
IndustryQR is field and mobile ready — downloadable and responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop with a data or internet connection. A camera in the tablet or mobile running IndustryQR is the only requirement to scan. Printing can take place to almost any printer.
IndustryQR is best suited to manufacturing, maintenance, facilities, packing, logistics, construction and field-service teams that need controlled QR identities for assets, equipment, workstations, locations, tools, work orders, lots, batches, serialised items and deployed equipment—particularly where records are stationary or move through deliberate, auditable handovers rather than rapid inventory transactions. It provides a practical operating layer for inspections, servicing, receiving, acceptance, attention management, movement history and scheduled operational digests without forcing a major enterprise-system project.
All new STARTER and above subscribers are offered onboarding and setup support. See the Plans page for details.
The printed label opens the current instruction and requires an authenticated operator action during the configured period.
Practical setup and field use
IndustryQR is browser-based, mobile-ready and responsive across mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop with a data or internet connection. For field updates, a tablet is preferred where practical, with mobile available when needed. For setup, administration, bulk loading and wider review work, desktop or laptop use is recommended.
A camera-equipped mobile or tablet is the only device requirement for scanning. QR label output can be printed through your own printer using browser HTML print or save-as-PDF, then your normal printer driver and label sheet or sticker stock.
Zebra/ZPL, EPL and ESC/POS output are not part of the standard public release. They can be scoped for a customer-specific or dedicated deployment where required. Zebra/ZPL support is also planned on the IndustryQR roadmap for Growth and Pro.

Sites represent larger physical centers such as warehouses, depots, yards, facilities or construction sites. Locations represent the granular areas inside them, such as buildings, departments, zones, lines, cells, bays, bins and shelves. IndustryQR supports nested Site and Location structures, so you can model your operation at the level of detail required, within your plan’s Location entitlement. Starter and above onboarding includes help setting up this structure, with Excel bulk loading available where preferred.
Sites, nested Locations, QR Records and destination updates can be loaded by file where the plan permits. Starter and above support bulk loading for faster setup and maintenance.
Pro can compare an authenticated scanner’s one-time browser GPS position with the expected Site, Location or QR Record position, where platform, plan and tenant controls permit it. It is not continuous tracking.
IndustryQR is operated by Platform Foundry LLC. Starter and above subscriptions include onboarding support to help your team bed in the platform and understand integration options where required.
Live scanner demo
The public demo uses your browser camera to read a sample QR label and open a controlled IndustryQR demo route. It demonstrates the managed route without requesting precise location.
Authenticated tenant users use the Operator Scanner to scan physical labels and continue into the correct action flow, where IndustryQR records the operator, time, action and permitted evidence.
Starter and higher plans include authenticated standard actions and action requirements. Growth adds photo evidence and acceptor details. Pro adds tenant-defined QR Types, tenant-defined Scan Actions and controlled authenticated scanner-location comparison.
Replace QR operating gaps
IndustryQR keeps the physical label connected to the current destination and the operating record behind it. Teams see what the QR represents, where it belongs, what action is expected and what was actually recorded.
Change the managed destination when instructions, forms, product pages or support resources move.
Keep the deployed QR label and update the route behind it instead of relabelling every item or location.
Set authenticated action requirements by QR Type and review Required, Due, Overdue and Met status instead of relying on paper checklists or assumptions.
Turn Needs Attention actions into managed cases that move through acknowledgement, active work, resolution and controlled closure with retained history.
Relocate eligible QR Records between Locations or Sites with role controls, a mandatory reason, immutable movement history and protection against stale expected-position settings.
Bring requirements, open attention, movement, scan and anomaly outcomes into management reporting, including a central KPI overview and scheduled daily digests.
Authenticated action assurance
Tenant Administrators define authenticated-action rules against QR Types. IndustryQR applies those rules to active QR Records and reports the current Required, Due, Overdue or Met state without turning the platform into a heavyweight maintenance or quality-management suite.
A Needs Attention action opens a managed case that authorised users acknowledge, progress, resolve and close with retained history. Eligible movable QR Records also use a controlled relocation pathway that records the prior and new Site or Location rather than silently overwriting the assignment.
The management layer brings these outcomes together for review through a central KPI overview and scheduled daily digests for Starter and above, with broader evidence, anomaly and custom-control context at higher plans.

IndustryQR applies wherever an asset, item, site, shelf, batch, workstation or operating point needs a scannable link to current information and a controlled action history.
Product capabilities
Create, import, route, print, scan, require, record and review from one tenant-controlled platform.
Manage each QR by type, status, references, site, nested location and destination mode.
Update landing pages, external URLs, instructions, forms or support resources without reprinting.
Create practical label output, retain print-batch history and preserve the route snapshot used at print time.
Load QR Records, sites and locations from Starter upward instead of recreating an existing operating estate by hand.
Authorized users scan a physical label with the device camera and continue into the correct tenant-safe action flow.
Require authenticated actions by QR Type and monitor optional daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly targets.
Record notes, acknowledgements, acceptor details, photos and Needs Attention status where the plan permits.
Pro tenants define operation-specific QR Types with their own labels, route defaults and controls.
Pro tenants define and assign their own inspection, quality, maintenance, receiving, cleaning or acceptance actions.
Review scan outcomes, action history, approximate location, duplicate-risk signals and anomaly information.
Record expected Site or Location coordinates, with a Pro QR Record override for distinct operating positions.
Pro compares the authenticated scanner device position at the time of the scan with the expected position. It is not continuous tracking.
Build the managed operating record for assets, locations, batches, products, instructions or custom workflows.
Choose the route defaults, permitted actions and any authenticated-action requirement.
Set the current destination, generate labels and retain print-batch history.
Public scanners open the permitted route; authorized operators record tenant-safe actions and evidence.
Use route history, scan analytics, action history, attention flags and requirement status to keep the QR estate useful.
Practical operating loop
The QR image is only the entry point. The value sits in the managed record, live route, printed label history, authenticated action trail and operational visibility around it.
