IndustryQR does not use a public general-purpose email address or open contact form. This page provides you with the ability to create an account, or contact us directly via the Platform Foundry LLC website.
Standard accounts start through signup. Existing customers use the in-app Help, Support & Feedback option after login. Custom and private deployment work follows Platform Foundry LLC's paid enquiry process.

IndustryQR uses controlled entry points and only works with existing customers and those entering our paid review process via the Platform Foundry website.
Existing customers receive the strongest support context after login because the request includes the customer account, signed-in user, query context and current application page.
Create an account through signup
Use the public signup pathway for Starter, Growth or Pro. Complete account creation, then select the required monthly subscription inside IndustryQR. Enterprise arrangements are handled privately.
Log in and use Help, Support & Feedback
Submit the in-app support option so Platform Foundry receives the tenant, user and page context needed to review the request.
