IndustryQR Managed QR operations
for physical-world teams

IndustryQR features

The features that keep QR labels useful after deployment.

IndustryQR combines managed QR Records, dynamic destinations, practical label output, scan history and authenticated operator actions in one tenant-controlled platform.

The feature ladder starts with route and label control, then adds accountable actions, evidence, anomaly review, tenant-defined QR Types and controlled scanner-location comparison.*

Core feature set

Short, practical capabilities for real operating teams.

Each feature solves a control problem around physical QR labels and the work connected to them.

QR

Managed QR Records

Keep the QR identity, type, status, site, nested location, references and current route together.

Dynamic destination control

Change the landing page, external URL or permitted destination without replacing the printed label.

H

Route history and revocation

Retain destination changes and safely revoke routes that should no longer resolve.

S/L

Sites and nested locations

Model factories, workshops, warehouses, departments, lines, workstations, bays, shelves, bins and other operating levels.

Label templates and print batches

Generate single or multi-QR label output and preserve what was printed at the time.

XL

Excel bulk import*

Starter-and-above tenants load QR Records, Sites and Locations with validation and controlled activation.

P/P

Public and protected landing*

Public-first routing starts at Micro. Protected landing begins at Starter.*

Authenticated Operator Scanner*

Starter-and-above authorised users scan physical labels with the device camera and continue into the correct tenant-safe action flow.*

Scan Actions*

Starter-and-above operators record permitted inspection, receiving, service, completion, passed, failed, hold or other operating actions.*

!

Notes, acknowledgement and attention*

Starter-and-above plans store action notes, acknowledgement status and Needs Attention indicators with the authenticated event.*

R

Action requirements and status*

Starter-and-above Tenant Administrators require authenticated actions by QR Type and review Required, Due, Overdue or Met status against active QR Records.*

A

Scan history and anomaly analytics*

Scan history follows the plan allowance. Growth adds anomaly and possible duplicate-label controls.*

01

QR Records and live routes

The QR Record workspace keeps the current destination, status, Site and Location context and route controls together.

02

Authenticated actions and evidence*

The authenticated action view records the selected action, note, acknowledgement, attention state and enabled evidence.

Higher-plan controls

Growth strengthens evidence. Pro reflects the way the operation actually works.

Starter begins accountable operator use. Growth adds photo evidence, acceptor details, tenant branding and stronger anomaly visibility. Pro adds tenant-defined QR Types, tenant-defined Scan Actions, QR-Type action assignment and controlled one-time authenticated scanner-location comparison.*

Photo evidenceAttach permitted photographic evidence to the authenticated Scan Action.
Acceptor detailsRecord name, role, acceptance note and acknowledgement status for supported actions.
Tenant-defined controlsCreate operation-specific QR Types and Scan Actions and assign the effective action set.
One-time GPS comparisonCompare the authenticated scanner device position with the expected QR Record, Location or Site position.
Feature-control note

* Features and limits follow the selected plan.

Platform release controls and tenant settings also apply to advanced capabilities. GPS uses explicit browser permission, accuracy-aware outcomes and restricted exact-coordinate visibility. It is not continuous tracking.

Choose the right feature level

Start with managed QR control and add operating evidence as your rollout grows.

IndustryQR keeps the feature ladder clear, plan-based and focused on operational value.
