IndustryQR Managed QR operations
for physical-world teams

IndustryQR features

The features that keep QR labels useful after deployment.

IndustryQR combines managed QR Records, dynamic destinations, label output, scan history, authenticated actions, QR-Type requirements, managed attention cases and controlled Site/Location movement in one tenant-controlled platform.

The feature ladder starts with route and label control, then adds accountable actions, Required/Due/Overdue/Met reporting, attention progression through closure, movement history, management visibility, evidence, anomaly review and tenant-defined controls.*

From deployment to management insight

What IndustryQR helps your organisation achieve

IndustryQR combines a focused QR operations platform with practical deployment support from the Platform Foundry team.

01

Deploy around your real operation

Structure Sites and nested Locations, configure QR routes and actions, prepare initial QR Records and support adoption with the Platform Foundry team.

02

Turn scans into controlled action

Move beyond static links by connecting managed QR Records to public routes, protected sign-in and accountable operator Scan Actions.

03

Create evidence with context

Keep actions, notes, plan-permitted evidence, attention status, movement history, timestamps and operational context together.

04

Give management a clearer position

Use IndustryQR management KPIs and scheduled daily or weekly email digests to automatically surface activity, trends and matters requiring attention.

ManageQR Records, QR Types, sites, nested locations, references and tenant users.
DeployStable routes, current destinations, label templates, print batches and bulk import.
OperatePublic scans, authenticated operator scans, actions, evidence and action requirements.
ReviewRoute history, scan history, action history, requirement status and anomaly outcomes.

Core feature set

Short, practical capabilities for real operating teams.

Each feature solves a control problem around physical QR labels and the work connected to them.

QR

Managed QR Records

Keep the QR identity, type, status, site, nested location, references and current route together.

Dynamic destination control

Change the landing page, external URL or permitted destination without replacing the printed label.

H

Route history and revocation

Retain destination changes and safely revoke routes that should no longer resolve.

S/L

Sites and nested locations

Model factories, workshops, warehouses, departments, lines, workstations, bays, shelves, bins and other operating levels.

M

Controlled QR Record movement*

Starter-and-above users move eligible QR Records between Locations or Sites under role, QR-Type and tenant controls, with reasons and immutable movement history.*

Label templates and print batches

Generate single or multi-QR label output, preserve what was printed and warn when a moved QR Record may carry old Site or Location text.

XL

Excel bulk import*

Starter-and-above tenants load QR Records, Sites and Locations with validation and controlled activation.

P/P

Public and protected landing*

Starter, Growth and Pro include public and protected landing modes.*

Authenticated Operator Scanner*

Starter-and-above authorised users scan physical labels with the device camera and continue into the correct tenant-safe action flow.*

Scan Actions*

Starter-and-above operators record permitted inspection, receiving, service, completion, passed, failed, hold, movement or other operating actions.*

!

Attention case lifecycle*

Needs Attention actions open managed cases that authorised users acknowledge, progress, resolve and close while retaining the complete case history.*

R

Action requirements and status*

Starter-and-above Tenant Administrators require authenticated actions by QR Type and review Required, Due, Overdue or Met status against active QR Records.*

KPI

IndustryQR management KPIs*

Starter-and-above management visibility brings together requirement, attention, action, movement and prioritisation context, with broader evidence and anomaly intelligence on higher plans.*

MAIL

Scheduled daily or weekly email digests*

Automatically send relevant activity, trends and matters requiring attention so recipients can see their current position without first opening the application.*

A

Scan history and anomaly analytics*

Scan history follows the plan allowance. Growth adds anomaly and possible duplicate-label controls.*

Plan-led operating control

Starter makes checks, attention and movement accountable. Higher plans add richer evidence and context.

Starter begins authenticated System Scan Actions, QR-Type requirements, the Needs Attention lifecycle, controlled movement for eligible System QR Types, IndustryQR management KPIs and scheduled daily or weekly email digests. Growth adds photo evidence, acceptor details, tenant branding, stronger anomaly context and optional one-time precise scan GPS for eligible public and authenticated scans. Pro adds tenant-defined QR Types, tenant-defined Scan Actions, custom movement eligibility and a QR Record-specific expected GPS override.*

Attention lifecycleAcknowledge, progress, resolve and close managed attention cases with retained history.
Controlled movementRelocate eligible QR Records under role and QR-Type controls while preserving prior and new assignments.
Management visibilityReview requirement, attention, movement, evidence and anomaly outcomes through IndustryQR management KPIs and scheduled daily or weekly email digests.
Higher-plan contextGrowth adds richer evidence, anomaly context and one-time precise scan GPS; Pro adds tenant-defined controls and a QR Record-specific expected GPS override.
Feature-control note

* Features and limits follow the selected plan.

Platform release controls and tenant settings also apply to advanced capabilities. Growth and Pro can use one-time precise scan GPS for eligible public and authenticated scans. Browser refusal, timeout or unavailability never blocks the public result or protected sign-in; exact coordinates are restricted to Tenant Administrators and Tenant Managers. It is not continuous tracking.
