1. Managed QR foundation
Build a controlled operating record behind every QR label.
IndustryQR stores the identity, structure, assignment and operating context that ordinary QR images and spreadsheet link lists leave unmanaged.
Managed QR Records
Represent assets, equipment, workstations, locations, work orders, lots, batches, serials, documents, instructions or other controlled operating points.
Sites and nested Locations
Structure factories, workshops, warehouses, depots, departments, lines, workstations, bays, shelves, bins and machine zones at the depth the tenant needs.
QR Types and references
Classify each QR Record, apply route and movement controls and retain external, asset, work-order, lot, batch and serial references.
Controlled QR Record movement*
Move eligible QR Records between Locations or Sites under plan, tenant, QR-Type and role controls rather than silently overwriting the current assignment.*
Immutable movement history*
Retain the previous assignment, new assignment, reason, user, source and movement time for each controlled relocation.*
Movement safeguards*
Clear stale QR Record-specific expected GPS overrides when required, fall back to the assigned Location or Site expected GPS coordinates and warn when existing labels may show old assignment text.*

Resolve the managed token, record the route outcome and show only the content or access pathway permitted by the current route.
Authenticated Operator Scanner*
Starter-and-above authorised users scan the physical QR through the camera-first operator pathway and continue into the correct tenant-safe action flow.*
Permitted Scan Actions*
Record inspection, receiving, service, completion, passed, failed, hold, movement or other assigned actions against the scanned QR Record.*
QR-Type action requirements*
Require one-time, calendar-count or rolling-interval authenticated actions and review Required, Due, Overdue or Met status across affected QR Records.*
Attention case lifecycle*
A Needs Attention action opens a managed case that authorised users acknowledge, progress, resolve and close while retaining the complete case history.*
Movement action pathway*
A movement action records the authenticated event first, preserves the previous Site and Location and then updates the eligible QR Record to its new assignment.*

Requirement reporting identifies missing authenticated work. Attention cases preserve follow-through from issue creation to controlled closure. Movement history preserves each deliberate change of Site or Location.

Expected GPS coordinates*
Growth records expected GPS coordinates and tolerance for Sites and Locations. Pro allows an individual QR Record to use its own expected GPS coordinates.*
One-time precise GPS for public and authenticated scans*
Growth and Pro can capture the scanner device’s precise GPS position once on eligible public and authenticated scans and compare it with expected GPS coordinates for the QR Record, Site or Location. Exact coordinates are restricted to Tenant Administrators and Tenant Managers. Growth retains them for up to 30 days; Pro for up to 90 days and adds a QR Record-specific expected GPS override.*

IndustryQR owns the managed QR operating layer. Existing ERP, MES, QMS, CMMS, WMS and document systems remain separate systems of record.
Pro preserves an integration pathway, while actual external-system integrations, private deployments and customer-specific migration work remain separately scoped through Platform Foundry LLC.

One-time precise scan GPS is a permission-based comparison signal for eligible public and authenticated scans. It is not continuous tracking or conclusive proof that the QR-labelled item is physically present.
