Choose How Much Control You Need Over QR Labels After They Are Printed

Static QR links and spreadsheets are easy to start and difficult to control. IndustryQR plans scale from workshop proof into authenticated operator actions, QR-Type requirements, managed attention cases, controlled QR Record movement, operational reporting, evidence and tenant-defined controls.

Every plan keeps QR Records, managed destinations, labels, print history and scan visibility together. Starter provides the production foundation. Growth is recommended for serious operational adoption because it adds evidence-rich scan activity, acceptor details, anomaly analytics and broader operating scale.

IndustryQR is best suited to manufacturing, maintenance, facilities, packing, logistics, construction and field-service teams that need controlled QR identities for assets, equipment, workstations, locations, tools, work orders, lots, batches, serialised items and deployed equipment—particularly where records are stationary or move through deliberate, auditable handovers rather than rapid inventory transactions. It provides a practical operating layer for inspections, servicing, receiving, acceptance, attention management, movement history, IndustryQR management KPIs and scheduled daily or weekly operational email digests without replacing a WMS, MES, QMS, CMMS, ERP, inventory ledger or continuous tracking platform.

IndustryQR currently applies one Tenant-defined Company Operating Timezone as the shared operational and reporting timezone across the tenant’s Sites and Locations. It is therefore best suited to organisations operating within one timezone, across nearby timezones, or willing to standardise reporting on a single company timezone. Personal user-selectable reporting timezones—for multi-location or enterprise organisations requiring Site- or Location-specific analysis or separate daily email digests delivered in individual users’ own timezones—are not included in the standard IndustryQR setup, but are available through a customised implementation with Platform Foundry LLC.

Choose your operating level

From a production foundation to advanced QR operating control.

Higher plans add more than capacity. They solve progressively harder operating problems: proving actions were recorded, spotting missing work, retaining evidence, defining tenant-specific QR Types and comparing a scanner’s one-time GPS position with expected GPS coordinates for the relevant QR Record, Site or Location.

Included implementation and adoption support from Platform Foundry LLC

IndustryQR is provided by Platform Foundry LLC. Every new paid subscription includes practical support from the Platform Foundry team to help customers turn the platform into a working operating setup.

Starter: two 60-minute remote onboarding and setup sessions within the first 60 days following subscription activation.

Growth: three 60-minute implementation and adoption sessions within the first 90 days. After that initial period, one non-accruing 60-minute success or optimisation session is included each month for the remainder of the first 12 months following subscription activation.

Pro: four 60-minute implementation and adoption sessions within the first 90 days. After that initial period, one non-accruing 60-minute success or optimisation session is included each month for the remainder of the first 12 months following subscription activation.

Unused monthly sessions do not carry forward. All plans also include the tenant-linked in-application Support, Help & Feedback pathway. The Platform Foundry team can help structure Sites and nested Locations around the company’s operating architecture—whether straightforward or complex, within plan limits—configure the permitted QR structure, routes and Scan Actions, prepare and test initial QR Records and labels, and support rollout into day-to-day operations. Custom software development, substantial data cleansing or migration, third-party integration build, dedicated on-site deployment and regulated or compliance advisory work are excluded unless separately agreed.

Important feature-control and GPS note

Advanced capabilities remain subject to Platform Foundry platform controls, the subscribed plan and Tenant Administrator settings.

Growth and Pro can, with browser permission, capture the scanner device’s precise GPS position once on eligible public and authenticated scans and compare it with expected GPS coordinates configured for the relevant Site or Location. Pro also allows an individual QR Record to use its own expected GPS coordinates. Eligible public capture applies initially to public landing and protected landing routes; direct external-URL routes continue immediately without a GPS request. There is no separate IndustryQR GPS-sharing card: the browser controls one permission request. Refusal, timeout, error or unavailability never blocks the public result or protected sign-in.

Public precise scan GPS is controlled by platform, plan and tenant settings and is off by default for each tenant. Exact coordinates are restricted to Tenant Administrators and Tenant Managers; Operators and Readers cannot view them. Growth retains exact coordinates for up to 30 days and Pro for up to 90 days. This is point-in-time scan evidence, not continuous tracking, and it does not prove the QR-labelled item is physically present.

Commercial ladder

Each step solves a harder operating-control problem.

Starter makes checks, attention and movement accountable. Growth adds evidence, broader management visibility, precise scan GPS and implementation partnership. Pro lets the tenant define its QR operating model and use QR Record-specific expected GPS coordinates.

StarterAuthenticated actions, requirements, attention lifecycle, controlled movement, status visibility, bulk import and standard management reporting.
GrowthPhoto evidence, acceptor details, branding, anomaly analytics, expanded management visibility and first-year success support.
ProTenant-defined QR Types and Scan Actions, custom movement controls, advanced management context and a QR Record-specific expected GPS override.

Buyer notes

Choose the operating problem you need the plan to solve.

01

Starter makes actions accountable

Starter is the production entry for authenticated operator actions, required-action rules, status visibility and bulk import.

02

Growth keeps evidence with the QR Record

Growth adds photo evidence, acceptor details, tenant branding, anomalies, an approximate IP/network-derived scan region and one-time precise scan GPS.

03

Pro reflects your operating model

Pro tenants define QR Types and Scan Actions, assign permitted actions and allow an individual QR Record to use its own expected GPS coordinates.

04

GPS is controlled and point-in-time

Growth and Pro can capture the scanner device’s precise GPS position once on eligible public and authenticated scans with browser permission. Refusal or unavailability never blocks the public result or protected sign-in, and the feature is not continuous tracking.

05

Private and integration-heavy work is separate

Dedicated deployments, third-party integrations, regulated use and extensive custom work are reviewed and separately scoped.
