Choose How Much Control You Need Over QR Labels After They Are Printed

Static QR links and spreadsheets are easy to start and difficult to control. IndustryQR plans scale from a workshop proof into authenticated operator actions, action requirements, evidence, tenant-defined QR Types and controlled scanner-location comparison.

Every plan keeps QR Records, managed destinations, labels, print history and scan visibility together. Starter is the recommended production entry because it adds authenticated actions, action requirements, Required/Due/Overdue/Met status and Excel bulk import.

Choose your operating level

From workshop proof to advanced QR operating control.

Higher plans add more than capacity. They solve progressively harder operating problems: proving actions were recorded, spotting missing work, retaining evidence, defining tenant-specific QR Types and comparing authenticated scanner position with the expected operating position.

Workshop proof Micro

Micro

$39 / month

Low-friction workshop, pilot or proof plan.

Advanced controls Pro

Pro

$499 / month

Tenant-defined QR operations and controlled location comparison.

For higher-volume operations that need their QR Types, operator actions and expected-position rules to reflect the way the operation actually works.

  • Up to 50 users
  • Up to 50 sites or facilities
  • Up to 2,500 active locations
  • Up to 25,000 QR Records
  • Up to 25 active tenant/custom label templates

Included onboarding support

Each new IndustryQR tenant on Starter and above receives up to two 60-minute remote onboarding sessions during its first 60 days.

Included onboarding covers account setup, sites, locations, QR Records, routes, label templates, initial print batches, bulk import, scan actions, action requirements and standard platform use.

Ongoing questions may be submitted through the in-application Help, Support & Feedback service.

Data migration, third-party integrations, extensive configuration, custom development and dedicated deployments are separately assessed and quoted by Platform Foundry LLC.

Important feature-control and GPS note

Advanced capabilities remain subject to Platform Foundry platform controls, the subscribed plan and Tenant Administrator settings.

Pro GPS is a one-time comparison of the authenticated scanner device position reported at the time of the scan against the expected QR Record, Location or Site position. It requires explicit device permission, is not continuous tracking and does not prove the physical item itself is at that position. Public-scanner precise GPS is not part of the current public offer.

Commercial ladder

Each step solves a harder operating-control problem.

Micro replaces unmanaged QR links. Starter makes operator actions accountable. Growth adds evidence and stronger visibility. Pro lets the tenant define its operating model and compare authenticated scanner position with the expected position.

MicroManaged QR Records, live destinations, labels and basic scan history.
StarterAuthenticated actions, action requirements, frequency targets, status visibility and bulk import.
GrowthPhoto evidence, acceptor details, branding, anomaly analytics and approximate location insight.
ProTenant-defined QR Types and Scan Actions, assignment controls and authenticated one-time GPS comparison.

Buyer notes

Choose the operating problem you need the plan to solve.

01

Micro proves the managed QR loop

Use Micro where the immediate problem is static links, scattered QR lists and no central route or print history.

02

Starter makes actions accountable

Starter is the production entry for authenticated operator actions, required-action rules, status visibility and bulk import.

03

Growth keeps evidence with the QR Record

Growth adds photo evidence, acceptor details, tenant branding, anomalies and approximate scan-location visibility.

04

Pro reflects your operating model

Pro tenants define QR Types and Scan Actions, assign permitted actions and apply QR Record-specific expected positions.

05

GPS is controlled and point-in-time

Pro records the authenticated scanner device position only at the scan event with explicit permission. It is not continuous tracking.

06

Private and integration-heavy work is separate

Dedicated deployments, third-party integrations, regulated use and extensive custom work are reviewed and separately scoped.
