IndustryQR Managed QR operations
for physical-world teams

How IndustryQR works

Create the QR Record once. Control the route and operating evidence thereafter.

IndustryQR connects each printed QR label to a managed QR Record, a stable scan route, a current destination and permanent route, print, scan, action, attention and movement history.

Public scanners open the permitted live route. Authenticated operators record accountable actions, open managed attention cases when follow-through is required and move eligible QR Records through a controlled relocation pathway. Tenant teams review requirements, attention, movement, evidence and exceptions from the same company account.

1
Managed record

Define what the QR represents and where it belongs.

2
Live route

Set the current landing page, protected pathway or permitted destination.

3
Physical label

Generate and print the label while preserving a print snapshot.

4
Operational evidence

Record scans, operator actions, requirement status and review outcomes.

From deployment to management insight

What IndustryQR helps your organisation achieve

IndustryQR combines a focused QR operations platform with practical deployment support from the Platform Foundry team.

01

Deploy around your real operation

Structure Sites and nested Locations, configure QR routes and actions, prepare initial QR Records and support adoption with the Platform Foundry team.

02

Turn scans into controlled action

Move beyond static links by connecting managed QR Records to public routes, protected sign-in and accountable operator Scan Actions.

03

Create evidence with context

Keep actions, notes, plan-permitted evidence, attention status, movement history, timestamps and operational context together.

04

Give management a clearer position

Use IndustryQR management KPIs and scheduled daily or weekly email digests to automatically surface activity, trends and matters requiring attention.

Stable managed URL The active QR Record keeps a permanent IndustryQR scan route under platform control.
Destination changes Authorised users update the live destination without replacing the deployed label.
Two scan pathways Public scans resolve safe content; authenticated scans continue into controlled operator actions.
Historical control Route, print, scan and action history remains linked to the QR Record.
1
Set up the tenant account

The Tenant Administrator sets company preferences, users, sites, nested locations and plan-permitted controls.

2
Create or import QR Records

Record the asset, location, workstation, work order, lot, batch, serial, document, instruction or custom operating point.

3
Choose the QR Type and destination

Apply the route mode, current destination and QR-Type controls that match the operating use.

4
Generate and print labels

Select a label template, create a single or multi-QR print batch and deploy the physical labels.

5
Resolve public scans

The managed route opens the current public-safe landing page, protected pathway or permitted destination and logs the scan outcome.

6
Record authenticated operator actions

Authorised users scan the physical label and record the permitted action, note, acknowledgement and plan-permitted evidence.

7
Progress attention cases

A Needs Attention action opens a managed case that authorised users acknowledge, progress, resolve and close with retained history.

8
Move eligible QR Records

A controlled movement action records the prior and new Site or Location, the reason, user and time before updating the QR Record assignment.

9
Review and report

Teams review Required, Due, Overdue and Met status, open attention, movement history, evidence, scans and anomalies through detailed views and IndustryQR management KPIs. Scheduled daily or weekly email digests automatically send relevant activity, trends and matters requiring attention.

The operating loop

A practical workflow from company setup to operational review.

The QR image starts the interaction. The managed record, route control, print history and evidence trail deliver the continuing value.

Starter begins authenticated System Scan Actions and QR-Type action requirements. Growth adds photo evidence, acceptor details, branding, anomaly controls and optional one-time precise scan GPS for eligible public and authenticated scans. Pro adds tenant-defined QR Types, tenant-defined Scan Actions and a QR Record-specific expected GPS override.*

Public versus authenticated use

Public scanning stays simple. Operational evidence and lifecycle control stay accountable.

A public scan opens the permitted route and records scan activity. It does not satisfy an authenticated operator-action requirement, open or progress an attention case, or move a QR Record. Those pathways require a signed-in tenant user and package-enforced role, plan and tenant controls.

Authenticated actionRecords the user, time, selected action, note and permitted evidence.
Attention lifecycleProgresses a Needs Attention case through acknowledgement, active work, resolution and closure.
Controlled movementChanges an eligible QR Record assignment while preserving immutable prior and new location history.
Management reviewBrings requirements, attention, movement, scans and anomalies into IndustryQR management KPIs and scheduled daily or weekly email digests.
Plan and control note

* Advanced capabilities follow the selected plan and the effective platform, plan and tenant controls.

On Growth and Pro, one-time precise scan GPS can apply to eligible public and authenticated scans. The browser controls the permission request, and refusal, timeout or unavailability never blocks the public result or protected sign-in. Accuracy-aware comparison outcomes prevent weak readings from being presented as proof that the QR-labelled item is physically present.

Put the loop into operation

Create the managed QR Record, deploy the label and keep control after printing.

IndustryQR gives the team one operating path for routes, labels, scans, actions and review.
