IndustryQR connects each printed QR label to a managed QR Record, a stable scan route, a current destination and a permanent history of route, print, scan and authenticated action activity.
Public scanners open the permitted live route. Authenticated operators use the IndustryQR scanner to record accountable actions. Tenant teams review status, evidence and exceptions from the same company account.

Set up the tenant account
The Tenant Administrator sets company preferences, users, sites, nested locations and plan-permitted controls.

Create or import QR Records
Record the asset, location, workstation, work order, lot, batch, serial, document, instruction or custom operating point.

Choose the QR Type and destination
Apply the route mode, current destination and QR-Type controls that match the operating use.

Generate and print labels
Select a label template, create a single or multi-QR print batch and deploy the physical labels.

Resolve public scans
The managed route opens the current public-safe landing page, protected pathway or permitted destination and logs the scan outcome.

Record authenticated operator actions
Authorised users scan the physical label and record the permitted action, note, acknowledgement, attention state and plan-permitted evidence.

Review and update
Teams review scan history, action history, Required, Due, Overdue or Met status, anomalies and controlled location outcomes, then update the live route when operations change.

Public versus authenticated use
Public scanning stays simple. Operational evidence stays accountable.
A public scan opens the permitted route and records scan activity. It does not satisfy an authenticated operator-action requirement. The operator pathway requires a signed-in tenant user and stores the action separately from the underlying scan event.

One-time scanner GPS records the authenticated scanner device position at the time of the scan. Accuracy-aware outcomes prevent weak readings from being presented as confirmed proof of the physical item location.
